Geplante Direktvergabe einer Veranstaltung nach freiwilliger Ex-Ante Bekanntmachung ohne vorherigen Aufruf zum Wettbewerb an: Messe Berlin GmbH Messedamm 22 14055 Berlin Es handelt sich um eine Vernetzungsveranstaltung für alle Forschungsprojekte innerhalb des 6G-Programms des Bundesministeriums für Forschung, Technologie und Raumfahrt. 6G-Plattform als Veranstalter für die Joint European Conference on Networks and Communications & 6G Summit (EuCNC / 6 G Summit) Die EuCNC ist das europäische Pendant zur Berlin 6G Conference. Diese findet jährlich in einem anderen Land statt, 2028 zwingend in Berlin. Termin: 05.06.2028-09.06.2028 Teilnehmerzahl: ca. 1500 - 2000 Plenar-Saal mit 2000 Sitzplätzen, Bühne, klimatisiert und Estrade im Zuschauerbereich, Ausstellungsfläche von ungefähr 5000 m² für die Forschungsprogramme, inkl. ergänzende Dienstleistungen für Möbelierung, Ausstattung und durchdachte Brandingprodukte (Messebau), mind. 16 Session/Workshop-Räume mit Audiosystem, technischem Personal, Projektionstechnik, WLAN, klimatisiert, mind. 4 abschließbare Arbeitsräume/Büros, separate Vorfahrt (Beteiligung von Ministern und Botschaftsangehöigen) erforderlich inkl. diverser Dienstleistungen wie z.B. Auf-und Abbau der Bestuhlung, Auf- und Abbau der Eventtechnik, Reinigung, Garderobe, Catering,
