Gegenstand des Vertrages ist die Gestaltung der vom Kunstbeirat des Deutschen Bundestages beschlossenen Ausstellungen und Projekte (Werke) nach Maßgabe einzelner Leistungsabrufe der Auftraggeberin. Gegenstand des Vertrages ist die Gestaltung der vom Kunstbeirat des Deutschen Bundestages beschlossenen Ausstellungen und Projekte (Werke) nach Maßgabe einzelner Leistungsabrufe der Auf-traggeberin. Der Auftragnehmer setzt die Werke handwerklich um und berät die Auftraggeberin bei der Konzeption der Ausstellungs- und Projektarchitektur. Der Auftragnehmer ist bezüglich der Art und Weise der Durchführung der Einzelaufträge keinen Weisungen der Auftraggeberin unterworfen. Der Leistungsumfang beträgt in der Regel bis zu 130 Stunden pro Ausstellungsauftrag und etwa 300 Stunden pro Jahr für Sonderprojekte. Es sind jährlich 4-8 Ausstellungen geplant.
