Description

Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist ein (Rahmen-)Vertrag über die Erbringung von Kommunikationsdienstleistungen während der Realisierungs- und späteren Inbetriebnahmephasen für das Infrastrukturprojekt "Verlängerung Stadtbahnlinie U2 in den Bahnhof Bad Homburg v. d. Höhe" (SBHG) ab dem Jahr 2026. Die Kommunikationsdienstleistungen umfassen als kontinuierlich zu erbringende Leistungen unter anderem die projektbegleitende Steuerung und Koordination der Public Relations sowie die projektbegleitende Pflege und Betreuung der PR-Instrumente. Daneben erfasst der Vertrag den optionalen Abruf weiterer Kommunikationsleistungen, wie etwa die Krisenkommunikation und die Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen. Die Verlängerung der Stadtbahnlinie U2 sieht den Lückenschluss zwischen dem Bahnhof Bad Homburg v. d. Höhe und der bisherigen Endhaltestelle der Stadtbahnlinie U2 vor. Bisher endet die Strecke der U2 an der Haltestelle Gonzenheim. Die Einbindung der U2 im Bad Homburger Bahnhof erfolgt nördlich der vorhandenen S-Bahn-Gleise im Bereich des ehemaligen sogenannten Fürstengleises. Die geplante Trassenführung bedingt den Umbau der Technischen Ausrüstung der Infrastrukturanlagen der Deutschen Bahn, dessen Planung Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist. Die Planung der Neubaumaßnahme findet bereits statt. Für das Bauvorhaben liegt ein Planfeststellungsbeschluss vom 25.01.2016 vor, der die Grundlage der Planungsleistungen der Neubaumaßnahme und der Anpassungsmaßnahmen darstellt.
