Description

Gegenstand ist das Erbringen von fahrplanmäßigen Verkehrsleistungen im Schienenpersonennahverkehr im Umfang von ca. 7,3 Mio. Zugkilometern p. a. auf folgenden Linien: • S 2: Dessau - Bitterfeld - Leipzig - Markkleeberg-Gaschwitz, • S 7: Eilenburg - Delitzsch - Halle (Saale) - Lu. Eisleben - Sangerhausen, • S 8: Dessau/Lu. Wittenberg - Bitterfeld - Halle (Saale), • RE 13: Magdeburg - Dessau - Leipzig, • RB 51: Dessau - Lu. Wittenberg - Falkenberg (Elster), • RE 14: Dessau - Lu. Wittenberg Zusätzlich sind folgende als optional zu beauftragende Betriebsleistungen im gegenständlichen Vertrag vorgesehen: • die Erbringung von Verkehrsleistungen auf der Linie RB 52 Magdeburg Hbf - Dessau Hbf mit einem Volumen von ca. 0,7 Mio. Zugkilometer p. a (Option 1), • die Erbringung von Verkehrsleistungen auf der Linie S 22 Leipzig Hbf - Delitzsch CTC mit einem Volumen von ca. 0,19 Mio. Zugkilometer p. a. (Option 2), • die Erbringung von Verkehrsleistungen zur Verdichtung der Linie RB 51 auf einen Stundentakt im Abschnitt Lutherstadt Wittenberg - Falkenberg mit einem Volumen von ca. 0,27 Mio. Zugkilometer p. a. (Option 3) • die Erbringung der vertragsgegenständlichen Verkehrsleistungen im Fahrplanjahr 2046 (Option 4). Die Entscheidung zur Beauftragung dieser optionalen Betriebsleistungen erfolgt durch den jeweils betroffenen Aufgabenträger Land Sachsen-Anhalt für die Option 1, Zweckverband für den Nahverkehrsraum Leipzig für die Option 2 sowie Land Sachsen-Anhalt und Land Brandenburg für die Option 3 mit Zuschlagserteilung. Die Aufnahme der optionalen Betriebsleistungen erfolgt frühestens zum Fahrplanwechsel im Dezember 2031 (14.12.2031) und spätestens zum Fahrplanwechsel im Dezember 2032 (12.12.2032). Die Information zum Zeitpunkt der Betriebsaufnahme der optionalen Betriebsleistungen erfolgt mit Zuschlagserteilung.
