Lieferung eines Fahrgestells und Ausbau zum Einsatzleitwagen (ELW 2) Bei dem nachfolgend beschriebenen Fahrzeug handelt es sich um ein Einsatzfahrzeug für die Aufgabenerfüllung der unteren Katastrophenschutzbehörde. Das Fahrzeug trägt im weiteren die Kurzbezeichnung (Typbezeichnung) ELW 2 KatS Der ELW 2 KatS soll als Führungsfahrzeug dienen und für den Einsatz bei Großschadenslagen oder Katastrophen oder im Feuerwehrdienst als mobile Führungsstelle eingesetzt werden können. Der ELW 2 KatS wird durch eine Besatzung von bis zu 3 Personen an die Einsatzstelle gebracht, für die weitere Nutzung als Führungsstelle entsprechend eingerichtet und die Betriebsbereitschaft hergestellt. Der ELW 2 KatS wird für den Betrieb als technische Einsatzleitung bzw. Führungsstelle mit dem Personal einer Führungsgruppe oder eines Führungsstabes (gem. FwDV 100) im Lage- und Besprechungsraum besetzt. Der Fernmelderaum des Einsatzleitwagens kann mit bis zu 3 Personen (IuK-Personal) besetzt werden, welche von dort verschiedene Fernmeldeverbindungen herstellen und betreiben. Der ELW 2 KatS soll weitestgehend der Norm DIN SPEC 14507 -3 für einen ELW 2 KATS in der aktuellen Fassung entsprechen. Der ELW 2 KatS ist ein Spezial- und Sonderfahrzeug und wird aufgrund der technischen Komplexität und Einheit in einem Los ausgeschrieben.
