Lieferung von insgesamt 1 batterieelektrischem Niederflur-Gelenkbus mit radnahen Antriebsmotoren; Auslieferung spätestens 12 Monate nach Auftragserteilung. Unter Bussen mit rein batterieelektrischem Antrieb versteht die Auftraggeberin Fahrzeuge, die ihre Fahrenergie ausschließlich aus Traktionsbatterien beziehen und stationär für den Betriebseinsatz mit elektrischer Energie über ein Plug-In-System geladen werden. Das Betriebskonzept der Auftraggeberin sieht einen Einsatz von Fahrzeugen vor, die über mindestens 360 km/Tag mit einer Ladung erbringen können. Die Busse sollen ausschließlich in den zur Verfügung stehenden Zeitfenstern auf dem Betriebshof (üblicherweise während der Nacht) geladen werden; Zwischenladungen sind grundsätzlich nicht vorgesehen. Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass die gesamte Kommunikation über den Projektablauf in deutscher Sprache und Schrift erfolgt. Das heißt, dass die Teilnahmeanträge und die Angebote sowie sämtliche Anlagen, Nachweise, Erklärungen etc. in deutscher Schrift verfasst werden müssen. Die Auftraggeberin weist bereits mit der Einleitung des Teilnahmewettbewerbs ausdrücklich auf die Vorschrift des § 55 SektVO Gebrauch zu machen, sofern entsprechende Angebote eingehen. Die Auftraggeberin weist ferner darauf hin, dass die Vergabeunterlagen die Verfügbarkeit einer umfassend einsatzfähigen Werkstatt zur Wartung und Instandsetzung der Busse in einem Umkreis von maximal 30km (Luftlinie) zum Sitz des Auftraggebers vorsehen werden; diese muss spätestens zum vereinbarten Lieferzeitpunkt einsatzfähig sein. Einzelheiten können dem noch im Entwurf befindlichen Lastenheft entnommen werden. Aktualisierungen des Lastenheftes bleiben ausdrücklich vorbehalten.
