Beschaffung gebrauchter Standard-Linienomnibusse (Low Entry, Überland, 12 m, Diesel/HVO100) Die Nordsachsen Mobil GmbH beschafft gebrauchte Standard-Linienomnibusse in Low-Entry-Bauart, Überlandausführung, Länge 12 Meter, Kategorie M3 Klasse II nach Verordnung (EU) 2018/858, für den Betrieb mit Diesel und HVO100. Gegenstand ist die Lieferung bereits gefertigter und in Betrieb genommener Fahrzeuge einschließlich Überführung frei Betriebshof; eine Neufertigung wird nicht geschuldet. Der Auftraggeber beschafft eine Grundmenge von 3 Fahrzeugen, die er verbindlich abnimmt, und entscheidet gesondert über die Abnahme von bis zu 3 zusätzlichen Fahrzeugen. Der Bieter benennt 3 Grundfahrzeuge. Darüber hinaus kann er bis zu 3 zusätzliche Fahrzeuge anbieten; hierzu ist er nicht verpflichtet. Das Angebot umfasst damit mindestens 3 und höchstens 6 Fahrzeuge; ein Angebot außerhalb dieser Spanne wird ausgeschlossen. Der Zuschlag wird an einen einzigen Bieter über die Grundmenge erteilt. Über die Abnahme der zusätzlichen Fahrzeuge entscheidet der Auftraggeber bis spätestens 30.11.2026. Die Anforderungen an Zustand, Alter, Laufleistung und Historie ergeben sich abschließend aus dem Lastenheft. Sämtliche bezuschlagten Fahrzeuge sind bis spätestens 31.12.2026 zu übergeben.
