Description

Gegenstand der zu vergebenden Leistung ist die Lieferung von medizinischem Verbrauchsmaterialien an die AMD-Zentren im Bundesgebiet. Dies umfasst im Einzelnen: - die Einrichtung oder Bereitstellung einer Online-Plattform des Auftragnehmers, über die die medizinischen Verbrauchsartikel durch berechtigte Personen je Zentrum abgerufen werden können. - die Lieferung der abgerufenen Artikel an eine beim Abruf angegebene Lieferstelle. - die Erstellung einer Rechnung mit eindeutigem Bezug zur Lieferstelle - die Bereitstellung eines Reports je Lieferstelle/Zentrum pro Kalenderjahr Die genaue Auflistung der zu beliefernden AMD-Zentren ist in der Leistungsbeschreibung enthalten (Anlage 07). Die Liste der Verbrauchsmaterialien ist dem Anhang zum Preisblatt (Anlage 01.2) zu entnehmen.
