Ziel dieser Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss einer RAHMENVEREINBARUNG (Rahmenvertrag) für die Lieferung von Stahlrohrstapelstühlen/ Seminarstühlen (Vierfuß und Freischwinger). Gegenstand des Vertrages ist die Lieferung und betriebsbereite Aufstellung der Stühle für verschiedene Hessische Hochschulen/Einrichtungen. Die Vertragslaufzeit beträgt mindestens 24 Monate und verlängert sich maximal dreimal um ein weiteres Jahr.
