Die Justus-Liebig-Universität Gießen schreibt einen Rahmenvertrag zur Lieferung von IT-Produkten an die JLU und weitere, in den Anlagen spezifizierte Hochschulen in Hessen aus, Es wird ein Rahmenvertrag ausgeschrieben, in dem aus den drei Produktgruppen "Desktop-PC", "Notebook" und "Monitor" jeweils mehrere Modelle definiert sind. Für die Grundlaufzeit von zwei Jahren ergab die Bedarfsermittlung folgende Richtwerte: 3.945 Desktop-PCs, 4.655 Notebooks und 8.885 Monitore.
