Description

Lieferung von Treibstoff für die Technischen Betriebe Offenburg - Rahmenvereinbarung mit mehreren Unternehmen Die Stadt Offenburg, vertreten durch die Technischen Betriebe Offenburg (TBO), schreibt die Lieferung von Dieselkraftstoff und Superkraftstoff aus. Es handelt sich um eine Rahmenvereinbarung mit mehreren Unternehmen. Anhand der Zuschlagskriterien werden drei Rahmenvertragspartner ausgewählt. Der Abruf erfolgt über Mini-Wettbewerbe zwischen den drei Vertragspartnern. Der Zuschlag erfolgt nach Preis. Das jährliche Beschaffungsvolumen beträgt ca. 200.000 Liter Diesel und ca. 22.000 Liter Superkraftstoff. Die Lieferung erfolgt an zwei feste Standorte im Stadtgebiet Offenburg. Technische Anforderungen: Der gelieferte Kraftstoff muss den folgenden Normen entsprechen: Diesel gemäß DIN EN 590 inkl. Winterqualität (CFPP mindestens -20 °C im Zeitraum Oktober bis März), Super Bleifrei E5 gemäß DIN EN 228
