Schlosserarbeiten Die Stadt Bad Homburg v. d. Höhe plant den Neubau eines Feuerwehrhauses in Bad Homburg - Ober-Erlenbach, Vilbeler Straße 38, 61352 Bad Homburg vor der Höhe. ALLGEMEINE KONSTRUKTIONSBESCHREIBUNG Das geplante Gebäude gliedert sich in drei zusammenhängende Gebäudeteile. - einem zweigeschossigen Riegel, - einem eingeschossigen Verbindungsbau, - Fahrzeughalle mit zweigeschossigem Technikbereich. Das Gebäude ist in Massivbauweise geplant. Tragende und aussteifende Bauteile werden in Stahlbeton und Mauerwerk ausgeführt. Nichttragende Innenwände sind als Leichtbauwände geplant. Die Geschossdecken und die Decken über dem Obergeschoss (Dach) des Riegels, des Verbindungsbaus und der Technikspange in der Fahrzeughalle sind Stahlbetondecken. Das Dach der Fahrzeughalle wird als Holzkonstruktion ausgeführt. Gegründet wird das Gebäude über eine elastisch gebettete Stahlbetonfundamentplatte auf einem entsprechend vorbereiteten tragfähigen Baugrund. Bei den Dachkonstruktionen handelt es sich um Flachdächer, die als Warmdächer mit einer oberseitigen extensiven Begrünung ausgeführt werden. VERTIKALE ERSCHLIEßUNG, AUFZÜGE und HEBEZEUGE Die vertikale Erschließung vom Erdgeschoss bis in das 1. Obergeschoss erfolgt über einen Erschließungstreppenraum im Bereich der Gebäudeachse E12-H13 im südlichen Bereich des Riegelgebäudes. In der zweigeschossigen Technikspange im hinteren Teil der Fahrzeughalle steht eine weitere Erschließungstreppe zur Verfügung. Wesentlicher Leistungsumfang: - ca. 15 lfm Treppengeländer - ca. 23 lfm Edelstahlhandläufe - 1 St. Technik- und Briefkastenstele - 2 Steigleitern - ca. 2 qm Gitterrostkonstruktionen
