Maschinentechnische Ausrüstung Es ist ein weitgehender Neubau der Kläranlage Ober-Eschbach vorgesehen. Wesentliche Randbedingung ist, dass es während der Baumaßnahmen zu keiner Einschränkung der Reinigungsleistung der Anlage kommen darf. Daher können vorhandene Anlagenteile erst außer Betrieb genommen werden, wenn die entsprechenden neuen Anlagenteile errichtet und betriebsbereit sind. Aus diesem Grund soll in dem Bauabschnitt, welcher die vorliegend ausgeschriebene maschinentechnische Ausrüstung für das Zulaufpumpwerk umfasst, das Erweiterungsgelände im nördlichen Teil des Kläranlagengeländes bebaut werden. Folgende Bauwerke werden neu errichtet: -Technikgebäude 1 (TG01), das im Wesentlichen folgende Anlagenteile beinhaltet: Rechenanlage, Zulaufpumpwerk, Sandwäscher, Siebanlage, Containeranlage für Rechengut, Sand und Siebgut, Gebläsestation für die Belebung und den Sandfang, Überschussschlammpumpwerk, Labor; -Sand- und Fettfang (SF); -Vorklärung (VK); -Belebungsbecken (BB); -Rohrkanäle zur Belebung und zur Vorklärung. Alle Neubauten werden auf der Freifläche nördlich der bestehenden Zufahrt angeordnet. Der Kläranlagenzulauf wird durch die im Technikgebäude 1 (TG01) befindliche Rechenanlage geführt und mit dem Zulaufpumpwerk in den Sandfang (SF) gehoben. Nach Durchfließen des Sandfangs und der Vorklärung (VK) wird das Abwasser wieder ins Technikgebäude geführt und dort in der Siebanlage weiter vorgereinigt, bevor es durch den Rohrkanal Belebung zum Belebungsbecken (BB) fließt. Von der Belebung wird das Abwasser-Belebtschlamm-Gemisch durch den Rohrkanal Belebung wieder ins Technikgebäude 01 geführt. Das Erweiterungsgelände liegt höher als das derzeitige Kläranlagengelände. Das Abwasser muss daher mittels eines Zulaufpumpwerks auf das Niveau des Erweiterungsgeländes angehoben werden. Um die Betriebssicherheit der Pumpen zu erhöhen, ist das Pumpwerk der Rechenanlage nachgeschaltet. Nach dem Pumpwerk fließt das Abwasser im freien Gefälle durch die gesamte Kläranlage bis zum Ablauf. Im Wesentlichen sind folgende Massen (ca.) ausgeschrieben: - 7 Pumpen; - 1 Drucklufterzeugung; - ca. 30 Absperrorgane, davon 8 mit Pneumatik-Antrieb; - ca. 90 m Rohrleitung inkl. Halterungen.
