Der Landkreis Nienburg/Weser plant den Neubau einer Feuerwehrtechnischen Zentrale (FTZ) im Gewerbegebiet des Ortes Lemke, Gemeinde Marklohe. Es handelt sich um einen Ersatzneubau für die bestehende FTZ in der Verdener Landstraße in Nienburg. Das Raumprogramm umfasst ca. 8.200 m² Nutzflächen, sowie ca. 9.140 m² Außenbereiche -Bewegungs- und Übungsflächen. Hierzu steht ein ca. 3,4 ha großes Baufeld zur Verfügung. Die ausgeschriebenen Leistungen umfassen: Bei den Gebäudeteilen handelt es sich um einen Feuerwehrübungsturm. Stützen Träger HEB 200 bis 300 ca.: 23 t. Stützen Träger HEA 200 bis 400 ca.: 13,5 t. Stützen Träger UPE 180; 220 ca.: 8,5 t. Kopfplatten Rechteckrohre Verbindungselemente usw. ca. 3,4 t. Gitterroste in unterschiedlichen Abmessungen ca. 175 m2. Treppenanlage 18 St Treppenläufe mit U-Wangen und Gitterroststufen/Podeste inkl. Treppengeländer. Steigleiter: 1 Stück.
