Description

Der Landkreis Nienburg/Weser plant den Neubau einer Feuerwehrtechnischen Zentrale (FTZ) im Gewerbegebiet des Ortes Lemke, Gemeinde Marklohe. Es handelt sich um einen Ersatzneubau für die bestehende FTZ in der Verdener Landstraße in Nienburg. Das Raumprogramm umfasst ca. 8.200 m² Nutzflächen, sowie ca. 9.140 m² Außenbereiche -Bewegungs- und Übungsflächen. Hierzu steht ein ca. 3,4 ha großes Baufeld zur Verfügung. Bei dem Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um einzelne Gebäudeteile mit einer Stahlfachwerkträger-Konstruktion mit einer Trapezfläche. Die ausgeschriebenen Leistungen umfassen: Gipskartonwand ca.: 2.700 m² Gipskarton-Decke ca.: 250 m² Gipskarton-Lochdecke ca.: 1.300 m² Mineralfaser-Rasterdecke ca.: 2.000 m² Metall-Rasterdecke ca.: 65 m² Holzwolle-Decke ca.: 215 m² Wandabsorber als Wandpaneel ca.: 69 Stück Akustikdeckensegel ca.: 80 Stück
