Description

Der Landkreis Nienburg/Weser plant den Neubau einer Feuerwehrtechnischen Zentrale (FTZ) im Gewerbegebiet des Ortes Lemke, Gemeinde Marklohe. Es handelt sich um einen Ersatzneubau für die bestehende FTZ in der Verdener Landstraße in Nienburg. Das Raumprogramm umfasst ca. 8.200 m² Nutzflächen, sowie ca. 9.140 m² Außenbereiche - Bewegungs- und Übungsflächen. Hierzu steht ein ca. 3,4 ha großes Baufeld zur Verfügung. Im Rahmen des Projektes ist die Errichtung einer Gebäudeautomationsanlage vorgesehen. Die Gebäudeautomation umfasst die Automations-, Raumautomations- und Managementebene zur Überwachung, Steuerung, Regelung und Visualisierung der technischen Anlagen. Im Projekt sind zwei zentrale Automationsschwerpunkte vorgesehen. Ergänzend hierzu werden jeweils Automationsschwerpunkte in der Fahrzeughalle, Werkstatthalle und Logistikhalle verortet. Für die Raumautomation werden in den jeweiligen Unterverteilungsbereichen der Elektrotechnik Raumautomationsverteiler angeordnet. Diese Raumautomationsverteiler bilden die Funktionen der Raumautomation ab. Die Einbindung der Sonnenschutzantriebe, Fensterkontakte sowie der Ventile der Fußbodenheizung erfolgt über I/O-Module, welche auf die Raumautomationsverteiler aufgeschaltet werden. Die Beleuchtung wird über KNX-DALI-Aktoren eingebunden, welche in den Unterverteilungen der Elektrotechnik installiert werden. Die jeweiligen Schnittstellen und Kommunikationswege sind mit den Gewerken Elektrotechnik und Gebäudeautomation entsprechend abzustimmen. Für die Anlagentechnik sind im Projekt ca. 500 physikalische Datenpunkte sowie ca. 550 gemeinsame Datenpunkte vorgesehen. Im Bereich der Raumautomation sind ca. 700 physikalische Datenpunkte sowie ca. 2.000 gemeinsame Datenpunkte vorhanden.
