Description

Der Landkreis Nienburg/Weser plant den Neubau einer Feuerwehrtechnischen Zentrale (FTZ) im Gewerbegebiet des Ortes Lemke, Gemeinde Marklohe. Es handelt sich um einen Ersatzneubau für die bestehende FTZ in der Verdener Landstraße in Nienburg. Das Raumprogramm umfasst ca. 8.200 m² Nutzflächen, sowie ca. 9.140 m² Außenbereiche -Bewegungs- und Übungsflächen. Hierzu steht ein ca. 3,4 ha großes Baufeld zur Verfügung. Die ausgeschriebenen Leistungen umfassen: Bei dem BV handelt es sich um einzelne Gebäudeteile mit einem Stahlfachwerkträger- Konstruktion mit einer Trapezdachfläche. Treppengeländer aus Flachstahl ca.: 40 m Treppenwange aus Flachstahl ca.: 40 m Flachstahlgeländer im Außenbereich ca.: 50 m Treppengeländer aus Stahl-Rohrprofilen ca.: 90 m Vordach mit Aluminiumblech: 1 Stück Sichtschutz mit Streckmetall-Verkleidung ca.: 150 m² Stahltreppe im Schlauchturm: 1 Stück Steigleiter: 1 Stück Gitterrostabdeckung mit Unterkonstruktion ca.: 50 m² Gittertrennwand ca.: 120 m² Schiebeladen.: 7 Stück
