Die Stadt Ibbenbüren plant am Bildungsstandort zwischen Wilhelmstraße und Ledder Straße den Neubau einer Hauptschule und einer 5-Fachsporthalle. Für den Neubau der Hauptschule schreibt die Stadt hiermit die Dachdeckerarbeiten aus. Die erforderliche Leistung umfasst im wesentlichen - ca. 2200m² Bodenabdichtung - ca. 300m² Trapezblecharbeiten - ca. 2.200m² Flachdachabdichtung inkl. Dämmung und Entwässerung - ca. 1800m² Gründach inkl.PV Unterkonstruktion - ca. 10 Dachhauben teilweise als RWA¿s - ca. 370m Attikaabdeckung Bei der Ausführung sind die Anforderungen der DGNB-Zertifizierung für dieses Bauprojekt zu berücksichtigen und einzuhalten; dies umfasst insbesondere Aspekte der Ressourceneffizienz, Emissionsminderung, Arbeitssicherheit sowie der entsprechenden Dokumentationspflichten. Kenndaten des Schulgebäudes: Netto-Grundfläche nach DIN 277: ca. 5.360 m² Brutto-Grundfläche nach DIN 277: ca. 6.900 m² Brutto-Rauminhalt nach DIN 277: ca. 31.150 m³ Ausführungszeitraum Vorr.
