Description

SBH | Schulbau Hamburg hat als Landesbetrieb der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg (nachstehend SBH genannt) die Aufgabe, die Schulimmobilien unter Berücksichtigung der schulischen Belange nach wirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen zu planen, zu bauen, zu unterhalten und zu bewirtschaften und die mehr als 400 Schulen an die Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung (BSB) zu vermieten. --------------- In der Billwerder Straße 31 entsteht das neue 3,5 zügige Bille-Gymnasium. Auf dem Gelände entstehen drei Baukörper und die Gestaltung der Außenanlage. INDIVIDUALBAU: Als eins der drei Baukörper wird mit Projekt 21-0005 der Neubau eines Individualbaus realisiert. Zur Nutzung sind hier die Räume der Verwaltung und Lehrerschaft geplant, zudem befinden sich hier multifunktionale Flächen für den Schulstandort (Mensa, Bühne, Musik) sowie weitere Unterrichtsräume. Das Gebäude ist viergeschossig als Massivbau geplant. Die Fassaden erhalten eine Vormauerschale aus Klinkersteinen.
