SBH | Schulbau Hamburg hat als Landesbetrieb der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg (nachstehend SBH genannt) die Aufgabe, die Schulimmobilien unter Berücksichtigung der schulischen Belange nach wirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen zu planen, zu bauen, zu unterhalten und zu bewirtschaften und die mehr als 400 Schulen an die Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung (BSB) zu vermieten. --------------- Ersatzneubau einer 5-zügigen Grundschule mit Mensa und Vitalküche sowie einem Kompetenzzentrum für Zuwanderung und Zubau einer Gymnastikhalle/ Sport- und Bewegungsflächen in Hamburg-Billstedt. --------------- Hier: Lüftung --------------- Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind die raumlufttechnischen Anlagen für den Neubau einer 5-zügigen Grundschule mit Sporthalle in Hamburg-Oberschleems. Die Leistungen umfassen die Lieferung und Montage sämtlicher zentraler und dezentraler Lüftungsanlagen für WC-Kerne, Küche, Mensa/Aula, Gemeinschaftsküche, Technikräume und 24h-Bereiche einschließlich Wärmerückgewinnung, Luftverteilung, Brandschutzklappen, Luftleitungen, Schalldämpfer und Mess-/Regeltechnik. Weiterhin auszuführen sind die Komplettmontage der Dachgeräte, Inbetriebnahme, hydraulischer Abgleich, Funktionsmessungen sowie die Kälteanlagen für Technikräume. Dokumentation, Prüfleistungen und Nebenleistungen gemäß VOB sind Bestandteil des Auftrags.
