Description

Beschaffungsgegenstand ist das Softwarepaket ICUData von IMESO. Das Modul wird als ergänzende Beschaffung zu dem bereits seit einigen Jahren im Einsatz befindlichen PDMS NarkoData vom gleichen Hersteller beschafft. Lizenzen: Das Softwarepaket ICUData soll ausgelegt sein für 60 Bettplätze inkl. Schnittstellenanbindung an medizintechnische Infrastruktur wie Monitoranlagen zur Vitalwertüberwachung und Beatmungsgeräte. Die Lizenzen werden gekauft. Dienstleistung: Der Hersteller soll die erforderlichen Dienstleistungsaufwände zur Implementierung des Softwarepakets, zur Installation und Konfiguration sowie Schulungen anbieten. Hierbei sollen ca. 20 Schulungstage für Administratoren bzw. KeyUser angeboten werden. Zusätzlich zu den Lizenzen soll der Bieter Positionen zu Wartung und Pflege der Software sowie zum 24/7 Support anbieten. Es ist eine Vollwartung sowie eine 24/7-Support vorzusehen.
