(Das Entlass- und Überleitungsmanagement ist nicht Bestandteil dieser Zielsetzung und wird separat beschafft). • Fokus: Softwareseitiges digitales Aufnahme- & Behandlungsmanagement (KHZG FTB 2).; • Fokus: Fachspezifisches Portal (Pneumologie/Thoraxchirurgie) mit Fokus auf spezialisierte Anamnese und Nachsorge.; • Fokus: Steuerung der Patientenströme vor Ort, inkl. Kiosksysteme, Aufrufmonitore und Integration in die Leitstelle.; • Fokus: Lokale Installation von Aufruf-Hardware und Software zur Entzerrung der Wartebereiche in der Fachklinik.
