Description

Das Verbandsgemeindewerk Prüm plant den Neubau der Kläranlage Weinsheim außerhalb der Ortschaft Weinsheim an der K 179 in Richtung der Straße B410 nach Prüm und Gerolstein. Es ist eine biologische Kläranlage für 3.000 EW geplant. Hierfür wurde vorab im Rahmen eines umfangreichen Variantenvergleiches das BIOCOS(R)-Verfahren als Vorzugsvariante zur Abwasserreinigung ermittelt. Dieses Verfahren besteht aus einem zweistraßigen Aufbau mit je einem Belebungsbecken und zwei Sedimentations- und Umwälzbecken (SU-Becken). Hierbei gelangt das Abwasser zunächst in das belüftete Belebungsbecken, welches über Schrägöffnungen mit den SU-Becken verbunden ist. Beim Betrieb findet mithilfe der Schrägöffnungen und über belüftetet Heberschächte ein Austausch der Wasser- und Schlammmengen zwischen dem Belebungsbecken und einem SU-Becken statt. Das zweite SU-Becken ist in dieser Zeit nicht am Austausch beteiligt, sondern es findet ein Absetzen der Schlammmassen statt und eine Klarwasserzone wird ausgebildet. Das Klarwasser wird über einen Abzug aus dem SU-Becken geleitet und kann als gereinigtes Abwasser in den Vorfluter eingebracht werden. Das Projekt wird u. a. mit Fördermitteln für eine schnelle Bauzeit gefördert. Dies bedingt paralleles Arbeiten an den Gewerken und die zwingende Einhaltung der Gesamtbauzeit. Die im Vertrag vorgegebenen Fristen sind einzuhalten. Die Gesamtmaßnahme der Abwasserreinigung wird in drei wesentliche Lose aufgeteilt: Los 1 - Bautechnik, Los 2 - Anlagentechnik, Los 3 - EMSR-Technik. Die Nebenangebote sind zugelassen, ausdrücklich nur für kombinierte Preisnachlässe für Angebote auf mehrere Lose. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist Anlagentechnik. Hinsichtlich der Einzelheiten wird auf das ebenfalls veröffentlichte Leistungsverzeichnis Bezug genommen.
