Description

Die Verbandsgemeinde Prüm beabsichtigt die Sanierung und Erweiterung der Kläranlage Oberes Prümtal in Watzerath. Die Planungsleistungen der Kläranlage sind weitestgehend abgeschlossen, die Ausschreibung der Bauleistung steht aus. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die Leistung des Prüfsachverständigen für Standsicherheit. Objektliste und Kostenrahmen: Die zu planenden Objekte ergeben sich nach dem derzeitigen Stand der Planung aus dem beiliegenden Lageplan. Die anliegende Objektliste entspricht dem derzeitigen Stand der Planung. Das Bauvorhaben ist nach dem Landeswasserrecht erlaubnisbedürftig (§ 62 LwG). Allerdings möchte die vergebende Stelle den Prüfsachverständigen für die Standsicherheit bereits frühzeitig in die Planung einbeziehen. Ferner sollen Verzögerungen in der Bearbeitung aus der Dauer eines Vergabeverfahrens über die Prüfsachverständigen Leistungen vermieden werden. Zur Vergütungsabrede: Eine Vergütung gemäß Prüfverordnung ist vorgesehen. Zur zeitlichen Umsetzung des Planungsvorhabens: Der Baubeginn der ersten Gewerke soll im Oktober 2026 stattfinden. Eine Bauzeit von 3 Jahren ist kalkuliert. Es wird verwiesen auf die Leistungsbeschreibung. Siehe kurze Beschreibung.
