Lieferung und Montage einer Reinstwasseranlage und der Ringleitung in Gebäude 28, Halle 3. Für die Ausführungen von Oberflächenbehandlungen im Reinraum nforderungen benötigt (> 17,5MOhm*cm, < 30ppb TOC). Es müssen alle Komponenten die für die Aufbereitung des Reinstwasser notwendig sind neu installiert und mit den Bestandsanlagen verbunden werden. Zusätzliche Leistung: Demontage der Altanlage und der Ringleitungen Bau und Lieferung einer Reinstwasseranlage und der Ringleitung in Gebäude 28, Halle 3. Für die Ausführungen von Oberflächenbehandlungen im Reinraum wird Reinstwasser mit besonderen (> 17,5MOhm*cm, < 30ppb TOC). Es müssen alle Komponenten die für die Aufbereitung des Reinstwasser notwendig sind neu installiert und mit den Bestandsanlagen verbunden werden. Das Wasser der HD2 (5l/min) und der LW Spüle (90l/min) wird in den Tank zurückgeführt. Dieses Wasser ist durch die Prozesse mit CO2 angereichert. Die Anlage umfasst: · Rohwasserzulauf und Vorfiltration ab Übergabepunkt · Doppelenthärtungsanlage · Aktivkohlefiltration · Umkehrosmoseanlage (RO) · UV-Desinfektion · Druckerhöhungsstation · Polishing Anlage (Ionentauscher) · CO2 Endgasungsanlage · Elektrodeionisation (EDI) · Verrohrung, Armaturen und Sicherheitseinrichtungen · Mess-, Steuer- und Regeltechnik · Dokumentation und Funktionsprüfung Ein Permeatbehälter ist vorhanden und muss in die neue Anlage eingebunden und überwacht werden. Dieser Behälter ist 1993 aufgestellt worden. Der Tank ist Stickstoff (N2) überlagert und muss diese Funktion weiter gewährleisten.
