Description

Rahmenvereinbarung (Wertkontrakt) für die Reinigung von Wärmetauschern und Kühlern auf dem ca. 55 Hektar großen DESY-Betriebsgelände in Hamburg. DESY betreibt über 25 Rückkühler unterschiedlicher Bauart und Größe, 40 Plattenwärme-tauscher unterschiedlicher Bauart und Größe, sowie 9 Kältemaschinen unterschiedlicher Größe, die diskontinuierlich ein- bis dreimal (Hybridkühler) im Jahr gereinigt werden müssen. Der Zeitpunkt der Arbeiten richtet sich nach unserem Beschleunigerbetrieb und kann im Voraus nicht festgelegt werden. Die Anzahl der Kühltürme und Wärmetauscher, die in einem Zuge gereinigt werden können, kann variieren. Der Verschmutzungsgrad der Kühltürme und Wärmetauscher kann je nach Betrieb und Witterung ebenfalls variieren, was auch zu einem unterschiedlichen Reinigungsaufwand führen kann.
