Es wird ein Rahmenvertrag für die Durchführung der Aussteller- und Besucherbefragungen für die durch den Auftraggeber vorgegebenen Eigenveranstaltungen auf dem Gelände der MESSE ESSEN GmbH ausgeschrieben. Der Bieter führt die Aussteller- und Besucherbefragungen für die durch den Auftraggeber vorgegebenen Eigenveranstaltungen auf dem Gelände der Messe Essen durch ausgebildete und projektspezifisch eingewiesene Marktforschungsmitarbeitende insbesondere hinsichtlich folgender Punkte durch: - Fragebogenkonzeptionierung - Durchführung der Ausstellerbefragung vor Ort (paper pencil) - Durchführung der Besucherbefragung vor Ort (online-gestützt) / alternativ Online - Auswertungen in Tabellenform/ Kreuztabellen - Auswertungen inkl. Kundenbindungs- und -loyalitätsanalysen - Ausstellereinzelauswertungen. Erwartet wird eine kompetente Marktforschungsdienstleistung, die repräsentative Befragungen sowie zielgruppenspezifische Auswertungen sicherstellt.
