Description

Die Auftraggeberin beschafft Leistungen für das von ihr betriebene KulMon (KulturMonitoring). KulMon ist ein einrichtungsübergreifendes und dauerhaftes System für Besucher-Monitoring an Freizeit- und Kultureinrichtungen inklusive touristischen Leistungsträgern (im Folgenden "Einrichtungen" genannt) mit dem Ziel, differenzierte Informationen über deren Besucher/innenstruktur zu gewinnen. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Erhebung von Daten (Besuchermonitoring), das Bereitstellen eines Dashboards zur Visualisierung der Auswertung der Daten sowie die Durchführung von Bevölkerungsbefragungen. Die Leistungen werden auf der Grundlage eines Rahmenvertrags über Einzelabrufe vergeben. Die Dauer des Rahmenvertrags beträgt 51 Monate.
