Description

Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens war der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung für die Durchführung wissenschaftlicher Evaluationen der Telematikinfrastruktur (TI) im deutschen Gesundheitswesen. Ziel ist die regelmäßige Erhebung von Akzeptanz, Praxistauglichkeit und Wirkungsgrad der TI-Anwendungen sowie die Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen zur Weiterentwicklung. Unter der Rahmenvereinbarung werden - je nach Bedarf des Auftraggebers - Aufträge zur Durchführung von Evaluationen in zwei Modulen vergeben: - Pilotierungsbegleitende Evaluation (Pilot-WEV): Begleitung neuer Anwendungen und Dienste während der Einführung in Modellregionen. - Produktivbetriebsbegleitende Evaluation (Produktiv-WEV): Jährliche bundesweite Befragungen zur Nutzung und Akzeptanz der TI-Anwendungen. Die Leistungen umfassen u. a. die Erstellung von Studiensteckbriefen, Fragebögen und Interviewleitfäden, die Durchführung qualitativer und quantitativer Erhebungen, die Datenanalyse sowie die Berichterstellung. Die Laufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung beträgt maximal 4 Jahre. Leistungen können bis zum Höchstwert der Rahmenvereinbarung i.H.v. 1.445.000,00 EUR abgerufen werden.
