Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Suche nach einem Dienstleister für die Erbringung von Marketing-Dienstleistungen zur Unterstützung des strategischen und operativen Marketings. Dieser Dienstleister soll der VBG als Partner zur Verfügung stehen und strategisch, konzeptionell, beratend bei der Umsetzung einer integrierten Marketingkommunikation begleiten. Vertragsbeginn: 15.07.2026 für 24 Monate mit Verlängerungsoptionen um 2 x 12 Monate. Einzelheiten und nähere Informationen sind den Vergabeunterlagen - insbesondere der Leistungsbeschreibung - zu entnehmen. Zur Verhütung von Arbeitsunfällen, Berufskrankheiten und arbeitsbedingten Gesundheitsgefahren bietet die VBG zielgenaue Leistungen und Maßnahmen an. Diese Präventionsangebote werden auf die versicherten Branchen, Gewerbe und Themengebiete zugeschnitten. Damit erfüllt die VBG ihren Präventionsauftrag nach § 14 SGB VII, mit allen geeigneten Mitteln für die Verhütung von Arbeitsunfällen, Berufskrankheiten und arbeitsbedingten Gesundheitsgefahren zu sorgen. Dies ermöglicht der VBG ein weites Spektrum an Präventionsmaßnahmen. Es werden daher Produkte und Maßnahmen geplant und umgesetzt, die geeignet sind, den gesetzlichen Präventionsauftrag zu erfüllen. Die aufgeführten Maßnahmen und Leistungen sind nicht zwingend, sondern werden bei konkretem Bedarf abgerufen. Beschreibung allgemeiner Leistungen: a) Strategische Kommunikationsberatung und Konzeption b) Kampagnenkonzeption und Umsetzung c) Konzeption von Live- und Eventkommunikation und -umsetzung d) Branding und (Sub-) Markenbildung e) Direktmarketing f) Produktion von Bildern und Filmen / Bildrechte g) Entwicklung digitaler Produkte h) Texte i) Bereitstellung Projekmanagement-Tool und Server j) Übergabe und Onboarding k) Rückspiegeltermin l) Begleitende Aufgaben und Leistungen Die im Folgenden dargestellten Maßnahmen sollen im Rahmen der Zusammenarbeit als Erstes ausgeführt werden. Sie dienen an dieser Stelle als erweiterte Umfangschätzung und Konkretisierung der Aufgabenbeschreibung. Beschreibung geplanter Maßnahmen: - Eröffnungs-Kampagne PREVIER (neuer Akademiestandort der VBG in der HafenCity): Agenturstunden: ca. 300 Projektlaufzeit: ca. 1,5 Jahre -Kampagne Zeitarbeit Agenturstunden: ca. 300 Projektlaufzeit: mindestens 2 Jahre -Kampagne Prämienverfahren Agenturstunden: ca. 150 Projektlaufzeit: ca. 1 Jahr -Kampagne Ehrenamt Agenturstunden: ca. 100 Projektlaufzeit: ca. 1 Jahr -Überarbeitung Websites "Es geht um Dein Team" und "Pflichtenkompass" Agenturstunden: ca. 80 Stunden, abhängig vom Umfang der Änderungswünsche Projektlaufzeit: ca. 1 Jahr inkl.
