Beschaffungsziel sind Marketing-Leistungen zur Positionierung von Berlin als Fashion-Standort inkl. Betreuung und Umsetzung der zweimal jährlich stattfindenden Berlin Fashion Week sowie das Website-, Social-Media- und Contentmanagement, das Einladungs- und Guestmanagement, eine Auftaktveranstaltung, umfassende PR-Aktivitäten und Kooperationen mit internationalen Content Creators. Berlin Partner beabsichtigt hierfür, ab 1. September 2026 einen Rahmenvertrag abzuschließen. Der Rahmenvertrag soll gebündelt folgende Leistungen abdecken: - Marketingleistungen Fashion-Standort Berlin inkl. Betreuung der Berlin-Fashion-Week-Kampagne (ganzjährig, u.a. Content, Website, Social Media, Key Visual, Imagevideo) - Einladungs- und Guestmanagement zu Berlin Fashion Weeks inkl. einer Auftaktveranstaltung und Kooperationen mit internationalen Content Creators (pro Saison, d.h. zweimal pro Jahr) - PR-Aktivitäten zu Berlin Fashion Weeks (pro Saison, d.h. zweimal pro Jahr)
