Description

Es handelt sich um eine Ersatzbeschaffung eines Gerätes zur Neuronavigation mit der Möglichkeit der kranialen als auch der spinalen Neuronavigation. Bei der Neuronavigation handelt es sich um ein unerlässliches Standardverfahren bei Operation von kranialen Pathologien als auch für komplexe Stabilisierungsoperationen im Bereich der Wirbelsäule. Im universitären Bereich bietet die Software zum Betrieb des Systems zahlreiche Optionen zur Bildanalyse, Modalitätenfusion (MRT; PET, CT) und Operationsplanung. Die Klinik für Neurochirurgie verfügt bereits über 2 Geräte, eines dessen Ersatz vorgesehen ist (Beschaffung 2014) und ein weiteres, welches angemessen ausgestattet ist und in Verbindung mit einem OP Roboter Verwendung findet. Fest steht, dass eine moderne universitäre Neurochirurgie mit einem Navigationssystem nicht ausreichend ausgestattet ist, da nahezu bei allen Operationen die Neuronavigation angewendet wird und am Standort in mindestens 2 Sälen parallel gearbeitet wird. Bei dem vorh. System, dessen Ausstattung in der beantragten Form angemessen ist, ist ein vom Marktführer vertriebenes Gerät, welches sich in das am Standort vorhandene Ökosystem (vorh. Navigationssysteme, Roboter) einfügt. Navigationssystem vom gleichen Typ und gleicher Herstellerfirma sind bereits im Klinikum im Betrieb und darüber hinaus dafür geeignete Zusatzgeräte für die Einbindung von Ultraschall, C-Bogen und Module für die Spinale Navigation, sowie ein Biopsie System und einen Roboter für kraniale Operationen. Entsprechend der technischen Weiterentwicklung soll als Zusatzfunktion eine Mixed / Virtual Reality Navigation für spinale neurochirurgische Eingriffe beschafft werden. Zusätzlich ist eine digitale Ultraschallintegration mit der Firma BK Medical notwendig, um einfache Nutzung von Ultraschallgeräten in der Neurochirurgie für die intraoperative Darstellung von Brainshift und zur Tumor Resektionskontrolle umzusetzen. Unter Berücksichtigung der genannten Parameter, kann nur ein System beim Marktführer beschafft werden.
