Die GfA betreibt am Standort Geiselbullach ein abfallbefeuertes Heizkraftwerk zur Strom- und Wärmeerzeugung. Im Zuge der Erhöhung der Fernwärme-Auskopplung ist die Installation eines neuen luftgekühlten Kondensators zur Kondensation von Abdampf aus einer neu zu errichtenden Dampfturbine vorgesehen. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung Los 2 luftgekühlter Kondensator sind: Lieferung, Montage IBS, Probebetrieb und Dokumentation eines luftgekühlten Kondensators mit den Auslegungsparametern: - Normalbetrieb mit Abdampf aus dem ND - Teil einer Dampfturbine ca. 9 - 45 t/h / Dampfeintritt 0,07 bara) - Umgehung der Dampfturbine ca. 66 t/h; Dampfeintritt 1,5 bara) Die luftgekühlte Kondensationsanlage ist für den ganzjährigen Einsatz vorgesehen und hat die Besonderheit, dass sie bei sehr kalten Außentemperaturen nicht betrieben wird und gegen Einfrieren zu schützen ist. Zur LuKo-Anlage gehört der luftgekühlte Kondensator und die zugehörige Kondensatwirtschaft, die in einem bauseits zu errichtenden Gebäude zu installieren ist. Die angefragte LuKo-Anlage umfasst folgende Bestandteilen: - Ca. 50 m Abdampfleitung DN 2.100 zwischen Abdampf-Flansch an der Turbine und Einbindung am LuKo, - Turbinenabsperrklappen, - Stahlbau und Rohrhalterungen, - Kondensatorbündel mit umlaufenden Windwänden, - Ventilatoren einschließlich Motoren und Frequenzumrichter mit Hebevorrichtungen für Motoren und Getriebe - Reinigungsvorrichtung für die Kondensatorbündel (beidseitig) mit Hochdruckwasser - Außenliegende Zugangsbühnen (beidseitig der Sektionen) mit Zugang zu den Flächenabsperrklappen,einschließlich Treppen und Notleiter, - Alle internen Rohrleitungen, Entwässerungen, Entleerungen, Be- und Entlüftungen, Flächenabsperrklappen (sofern notwendig), Armaturen (Absperren, Sichern, Regeln, Messen ...), Kompensatoren, - Komplette Kondensatwirtschaft mit Kondensatbehälter, Kondensatpumpen, Evakuierungs-Einheiten (Anfahr- und Betriebsstrahler einschließlich Kondensatoren), - Sämtliches Equipment für Montagearbeiten - Anlagensteuerung (Software) Die zu erbringenden Leistungen sind: Werks- und Montageplanung, Herstellung, Lieferung, Montage, Inbetriebsetzung, Probebetrieb und Dokumentation für das komplette luftgekühlte Kondensations-Anlage. Auf die Ausführung der Arbeiten bei laufendem Betrieb der vorhandenen Dampfturbinen- und LuKo-Anlage und gleitende Umschaltung auf die Neuanlage wird explizit hingewiesen.
