Description

Der Auftragnehmer hat im Rahmen der Bestellung eine vollständige und allen Erfordernissen entsprechenden, funktionstüchtigen, montage- und wartungsfreundlichen Luftkondensator nach dem aktuellen Stand der Technik zu planen, zu liefern und in Betrieb zu setzen. Der Luftkondensator soll den gesamten Frischdampf der MVA Weisweiler (Feuerungswärmeleistung ca. 120 MWth) zuverlässig kondensieren können. Der Lieferumfang umfasst im Wesentlichen folgende Komponenten: • Dampfklappe hinter der Dampfturbine und Steckscheibe • Abdampfleitung • Luftkondensator-Module inklusive aller Verteilkanäle • Ventilatoren mit Getriebe • Evakuierungsanlage o Anfahrejektor o Betriebsejektoren o Wasserringpumpen für Winterbetrieb o Wärmeübertrager zur Nutzung des Treibdampfes • Kondensatleitung und Entwässerungen • Hauptkondensatpumpen 3 x 50% • Hauptkondensatbehälter • komplette Planung, Fertigung und vollständige Montage Option: 1) Schallschutzmaßnahmen nach 6.2.2 der Spezifikation 2) halbautomatische Reinigungsanlage 3) Ersatz- und Verschleißteile für 2 Jahre Betrieb
