Summary

Machine-generated summary

The Leibniz Institute for Atmospheric Physics (IAP) in Germany is procuring a solid-state laser system for research and development purposes. The system must generate a 589 nm wavelength (sodium D2 line) for atmospheric lidar probing, based on sum-frequency mixing of two diode-pumped Nd:YAG lasers at 1064 nm and 1319 nm. Required performance includes over 10 mJ pulse energy at 300 Hz repetition rate and line width below 100 MHz if possible. The lasers should be as identical as possible to existing InnoLas EVO-DPSS models with an identical software interface.
