Das Schulgebäude wird als Bauwerk mit 5 Geschossen realisiert und weist im Grundriss eine Fläche von ca. 4.300 m² auf. Es besteht aus einem teilweise in den Hang geschobenen Untergeschoss sowie einem nördlichen, 4-geschossigen Bauteil darüber. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Errichtung der Freianlagen. Der Auftrag umfasst insbesondere folgende Leistungen: Landschaftsbauarbeiten, Erdarbeiten, Entwässerungseinrichtungen, Wegebauarbeiten, Sportflächen, Metallbauarbeiten, Vegetationstechnische Arbeiten, Pflanzenlieferung. Die Arbeiten sind im Zeitraum von Oktober 2026 bis Ende August 2027 auszufüren. Die Pflanzleistungen einschließlich Fertigstellungspflege haben im Anschluss (Herbst/Winter 2027/2028) bis Juni 2028 zu erfolgen.
