Description

Die Stadtwerke Langenfeld GmbH beabsichtigt, ein privatwirtschaftliches Unternehmen mit der teilweisen energetischen Sanierung der Straßenbeleuchtung im 3. Bauabschnitt zu beauftragen. Die Straßenstruktur besteht aus klassifizierten Haupt-, Sammel- und Wohnstraßen sowie Plätzen. Der Auftrag beinhaltet im Wesentlichen die Erneuerung von ca. 4.855 Leuchten mit Anbindung an das vorhandene Managementsystem der Firma Tvilight, sowie die Demontage und fachgerechte Entsorgung der Altleuchten. Die Anbindung der Leuchten an das Managementsystem der Firma Tvilight ist erforderlich, um eine einheitliche Steuerung und Überwachung der öffentlichen Beleuchtung zu gewährleisten. Das Ziel ist es, eine Beleuchtungsanlage mit geringstmöglichen Betriebskosten zu erstellen und die Sanierung der Beleuchtung in Anlehnung an die heute gültigen Normen und Regeln der Technik vorzunehmen. Zur Finanzierung der Maßnahme nimmt die Stadtwerke Langenfeld GmbH Fördergelder in Anspruch. Aufgrund der Förderbedingungen muss die vollständige und betriebsfertige Ausführung der Leistung, einschließlich der Dokumentation und Endrechnungsstellung spätestens bis zum 31.07.2027 fertiggestellt sein. Darüber hinaus kann es zu diversen Vorgaben kommen, die Voraussetzung für die Förderung sind.
