Die TRON - Translationale Onkologie an der Universitätsmedizin der Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz gemeinnützige GmbH beabsichtigt die Beschaffung und Inbetriebnahme von Sicherheitswerkbänken der Klasse 2 für die neu zu errichtende Forschungseinrichtung (TRON gGmbH). Beschafft werden insgesamt 48 Sicherheitswerkbänke für unterschiedliche Einsatzfelder. Die Ausschreibung umfasst neben der Lieferung die betriebsbereite Aufstellung der Sicherheitswerkbänke und Inbetriebnahmeprüfung gemäß reversionierter DIN EN 12469 durch einen deutschsprachigen Servicetechniker mit TÜV Fachkundenachweis, fachkundige Einweisung durch geeignetes deutschsprachiges Personal des Auftragnehmers beim Auftraggeber vor Ort, so dass das eingewiesene Personal des Auftraggebers im Anschluss selbständig und ohne Hilfe an den Sicherheitswerkbänken arbeiten kann. Es ist eine Verfügbarkeit von Ersatzteilen für mindestens 5 Jahre und ein Wartungsservice für mindestens 3 Jahre zu gewährleisten. Weiterhin muss in einer Arbeitswoche stets ein qualifizierter Techniker vor Ort sein. Insgesamt legt die TRON gGmbH großen Wert auf eine qualitative, sowie kosten- und terminsichere Beschaffung. Weitere Angaben und Informationen sind den Vergabeunterlagen, insbesondere dem Leistungsverzeichnis zu entnehmen. Das Leistungsverzeichnis dient im Zuge des Teilnahmewettbewerbs zunächst der Information der Bewerber. Nach Abschluss des Teilnahmewettbewerbs werden die ausgewählten Bieter zur Abgabe eines Angebotes aufgefordert. Erst zu diesem Verfahrenszeitpunkt wird das Leistungsverzeichnis ausgefüllt vorzulegen sein. Hierzu werden gesonderte Verfahrensnachrichten erfolgen.
