Lieferung "frei Verwendungsstelle", Installation und Inbetriebnahme einer Cz-Züchtungsanlage für das Züchten von Fluorid-Einkristallen. Darüber hinaus: Bereitstellung der Dokumentation, Abnahme (Werks- und Endabnahme), Service im Störungsfall. Das System ermöglicht das Wachstum von Fluorid-Einkristallen aus der Schmelze mittels Ziehverfahren (z. B. Czochralski-Verfahren). Das System wird in einer Forschungsumgebung eingesetzt und muss häufigen Benutzerzugriff, einfache Wartung sowie eine hohe Prozessstabilität gewährleisten. Das System soll Kristalle mit einem maximalen Durchmesser von 100 mm (4 Zoll) und einem Gewicht von bis zu 5 kg herstellen können. Der maximale Innendurchmesser des Tiegels wird auf ca. 200 mm geschätzt. Der Kristallzüchtungsprozess findet in einer wassergekühlten Edelstahlkammer statt, deren Innenwand elektropoliert sein muss, um ein Hochvakuum zu erreichen. Argon und CF4 werden als Prozessgase verwendet. Das System muss über eine Bake-out-Funktion verfügen, d. h. die Kammer muss unter Erwärmung auf >50 °C auf ein Hochvakuum (<1×10-6 mbar) evakuiert werden können. Der Prozess wird bei einem Druck leicht über Atmosphärendruck (typischerweise 1,05-1,1 bar) in statischer oder strömender Atmosphäre durchgeführt. Das Ausgangsmaterial befindet sich in einem kohlenstoffbasierten Tiegel (Graphit oder glasartiger Kohlenstoff), der im Zentrum der Edelstahlkammer beheizt wird. Die Beheizung erfolgt mittels einer Graphit-Widerstandsheizung, die den Tiegel und die Schmelze erwärmt. Der Kristallisationsprozess wird durch einen Impfkristall initiiert, der an einer rotierenden und translatorisch beweglichen Welle aus Platin befestigt ist und in die Schmelze eingetaucht wird. Der Impfkristall wird anschließend unter Rotation langsam aus der Schmelze herausgezogen, wodurch ein Volumeneinkristall entsteht. 1 Leistungseinheit umfassend: Lieferung der Anlage "frei Verwendungsstelle", Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Bereitstellung der Dokumentation, Abnahme (Werks- und Endabnahme), Service im Störungsfall.
