Lieferung "frei Verwendungsstelle", Installation und Inbetriebnahme einer Cz-Züchtungsanlage für das Züchten von Oxid-Einkristallen. Darüber hinaus: Bereitstellung der Dokumentation, Abnahme (Werks- und Endabnahme), Service im Störungsfall. Die Anlage ermöglicht das Züchten von Oxid-Einkristallen, insbesondere von Ga₂O₃, aus der Schmelze mittels des Czochralski-Verfahrens. Es werden Kristalldurchmesser von mindestens 50 mm (2 Zoll) und maximal 100 mm (4 Zoll) sowie ein Kristallgewicht von bis zu 5 kg erreicht. Der Kristallwachstumsprozess findet in einer doppelwandigen, wassergekühlten Kammer aus Edelstahl statt, in der durch vorheriges Evakuieren und anschließendes Befüllen mit Gasen unterschiedliche Gasatmosphären eingestellt werden. Der Prozess wird bei einem Druck leicht über dem atmosphärischen Druck (ca. 20-50 mbar Überdruck) entweder in einer statischen oder einer strömenden Atmosphäre durchgeführt. Das Ausgangsmaterial in Form von Pulver, Granulat oder Schmelze (z. B. Ga₂O₃) befindet sich in einem Edelmetalltiegel (z. B. Iridium), der direkt durch eine Hochfrequenz-Induktionsspule beheizt wird, die sich im Inneren der Edelstahlkammer befindet. Der Kristallisationsprozess beginnt an einem Impfkristall, der von oben in die Schmelze getaucht wird. Um einen Volumenkristall zu bilden, wird das kristallisierte Material unter Rotation mit einstellbaren Ziehgeschwindigkeiten langsam aus der Schmelze herausgezogen. 1 Leistungseinheit umfassend: Lieferung der Anlage "frei Verwendungsstelle", Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Bereitstellung der Dokumentation, Abnahme (Werks- und Endabnahme), Service im Störungsfall.
