Description

Es soll ein vollautomatisches Immunoassay-System, das Suchteste auf Hepatitis A, B und C, HIV/Aids und LUES durchführen kann, beschafft werden. Die technischen Anforderungen an das Gerät sind der Leistungsbeschreibung zu entnehmen. Zwingende Anforderungen sind dort als A-Kriterien gekennzeichnet. Der Auftragnehmer hat das Gerät weiter in das Landesgesundheitsamt Baden-Württemberg zu liefern, dort anzuschließen, ersteinzurichten und in Betrieb zu nehmen. Anschließend hat er eine fortlaufende Belieferung mit den vereinbarten Reagenzien, Packungs- und Kontrollmaterialien und sonstigen Verbrauchsmaterialien für den Betrieb des Gerätes über die vierjährige Vertragslaufzeit und im Falle einer Optionsrechtsausübung auch für zwei je zweijährige Verlängerungszeiten sicherzustellen. Auch der Service- und die Wartung des Geräts und der zugehörigen Steuerungs- und Auswertungssoftware über die Vertragslaufzeit und eventuelle Verlängerungszeiten sind sicherzustellen, sowie das Bereitstellen einer Störungshotline. Der Auftragnehmer hat zudem eine Schulung für sein Gerät anzubieten. Weitere Details entnehmen Sie bitte der Leistungsbeschreibung und den übrigen Vergabeunterlagen.
