Description

Gegenstand des Verfahrens ist der Abschluss eines Vertrags über die Erbringung von Sequenzierungsdienstleistungen für durch den Auftraggeber bereitgestellte Olink Explore HT Libraries. Im Rahmen einer groß angelegten Analyse mittels Olink Explore HT beschafft die Core Facility Translationale Proteomik Sequenzierungsleistungen für insgesamt 34 Olink Explore HT Kits (entspricht 34 Libraries). Die Leistung umfasst insbesondere: - Organisation der Probenannahme sowie Abstimmung der Probenlogistik, - Durchführung der Sequenzierung der bereitgestellten Libraries unter Verwendung geeigneter und etablierter Verfahren, - Einsatz der vorgegebenen Sequenzierungsparameter (insbesondere Flow Cells und Olink Custom Recipe), - Durchführung von Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen während und nach der Sequenzierung, - Bereitstellung der generierten Rohdaten in vereinbarten standardisierten Formaten, - Sicherstellung eines strukturierten und nachvollziehbaren Datentransfers an den Auftraggeber. - Eine Nukleinsäureextraktion sowie eine Library Preparation sind nicht Bestandteil der Leistung, da diese durch den Auftraggeber erfolgen.
