Description

Das Zellanalysesystem BD FACSDiscover A8 der Firma Becton Dickinson (BD) soll im Rahmen des neu bewilligten Sonderforschungsbereichs/Transregio (SFB-TRR) 425 "Desmosomal dysfunction in epithelial barriers (DEFINE)" beschafft werden. Das Durchflusszytometer dient dazu, mit dem derzeitig aktuellsten Stand der Durchflusszytometrie-Technik immunologische Fragestellungen erfolgreich zu beantworten und ist für die Umsetzung der in diesem Forschungsverbund enthaltenen Projekte unabdingbar. Bei dem Vielfarben-Durchflusszytometer handelt es sich um einen kompakten, spektralen Analyzer mit komplett Justage-freier Optik auf Anregungs- und Emissionsseite, der als bisher weltweit einziges Zellanalysesystem die Bildanalyse jeder einzelnen Zelle in Echtzeit unterstützt. Dafür wird die SpectralFX Technologie mit der BD CellView Image Technologie kombiniert. Es handelt sich hierbei um die Beschaffung eines Laborgerätes "FACSDiscover A8 Zellanalysesystem mit CellView Image und SpectralFX Technologie mit einem Instrument Table für das FACSDiscover A8 von BD", oder gleichwertige Systeme gemäß der beigefügten Leistungsbeschreibung und den enthaltenen KO-Kriterien.
