Das Los 1 umfasst die Bereitstellung von 24 Dienstfahrzeugen (Mittelklassewagen/ Kleinwagen) in Form eines Neuwagenleasings. Als Neufahrzeug gilt ein Fahrzeug ohne vorherige Erstzulassung. Die Bieter haben für das Leasing (Los 1) Angebote für 36 Monate Gesamtlaufzeit sowie 48 Monate Gesamtlaufzeit abzugeben. Die Leasingraten sind gleichmäßig auf die gesamte Laufzeit ohne Anzahlung und Einmalzahlungen zu kalkulieren.
