Description

Bei dem Objekt handelt es sich um den Um- und Erweiterungsbau eines Schulgebäudes in Ortsrandlage in Bad Doberan. In der direkten Nachbarschaft befinden sich Wohnbebauungen, angrenzend eine Turnhalle (welche sich auch im Bauprozess weiterhin im Betrieb befindet) und rückseitig ein Bachlauf im Naturschutzgebiet mit anschließender Freizeiteinrichtung. Die Zufahrt zum Grundstück (Ein- und Ausfahrt) erfolgt von der B 105 aus in den Stülower Weg (Landstraße in Richtung Stülow). Aktuell ist das Grundstück bebaut (Schultypenbau aus Mauerwerk, BJ 75) durch das Gewerk Abbruch wird das Baugrundstück im Vorfeld in Teilen beräumt und das Bestandsgebäude entkernt. ca. 1/3 des Bauvolumens werden abgebrochen, die restlichen 2/3 werden in den Neubau integriert. - 1 Stück Baustelleneinrichtung - 1 Stück Verkehrssicherung - Herstellen eines Schmutzwasserhausanschluss - Tiefbau- und Kanalbauarbeiten für 250 m Regenwasserkanäle bis DN250 inkl. Schachtanlagen bis DN1000 - Errichtung von 2 Grabenzuläufen in DN250 - Errichtung einer Regenwasserhebeanlage - Tiefbau- und Kanalbauarbeiten für 120 m Schmutzwasserkanäle bis DN150 inkl. Schachtanlagen bis DN1000 - Errichtung eines Fettabscheiders inkl. Hebeanlage - Errichtung einer Regenwasserhebeanlage - Errichtung eines Trinkwasserhausanschlusses (ca. 15 m)
