Der Kreis Herzogtum Lauenburg plant die Beschaffung von drei Mannschaftstransportwagen samt Ausbau für den Rettungsdienst der Gemeinnützigen Herzogtum Lauenburg Rettungsdienstgesellschaft mbH (HLR). Es handelt sich hierbei um eine Ausschreibung im Oberschwellenbereich. Somit unterliegt die Fahrzeugbeschaffung grundsätzlich dem Gesetz über die Beschaffung sauberer Straßenfahrzeuge (SaubFahrzeugBeschG). Allerdings handelt es sich bei den zu beschaffenden Fahrzeugen um Kommandofahrzeuge für den Rettungsdienst der HLR. Diese Fahrzeuge sind gem. § 4 Abs. 1 Nr. 8 SaubFahrzeugBeschG vom Anwendungsbereich ausgenommen. Beschaffung von drei Mannschaftstransportwagen.; Ausbau von drei Mannschaftstransportwagen.
