Ausführung in Massivbauweise aus Stahlbeton mit Verblendmauerwerkfassade. Fenster als Holz-Aluminium-Fenster, PR-Fassaden als Aluminiumfassaden. Dächer als Flachdächer mit extensiver Begrünung. Anbindung an Bestand im Bereich der Tiefgaragen und als "Brücken" im 1. und 2. Obergeschoss. Vollsanierung des denkmalgeschützten Bestandsgebäudes aus 1980 mit 2 Untergeschossen, 2-3 Vollgeschossen + Dachgeschoss, ca. 21.350m² BGF. Davon ca. 6.000m² Tiefgarage. Massivbauweise aus Stahlbeton mit Verblendmauerwerksfassade. Fenster und PR-Fassaden aus Aluminium. Holzdachstuhl als Walmdach mit Ziegeleindeckung. 230 Türen mit Stahlblockzargen und Stahlumfassungszargen, Schiebetüren, z.T. mit Brand- und Schallschutzanforderungen Weitere Details sind den Vergabeunterlagen zu entnehmen.
