Description

Gegenstand der Bekanntmachung ist der Abschluss eines Vertrages mit einzelnen Leistungserbringern nach § 127 Absatz 1 Sozialgesetzbuch [SGB] - Fünftes Buch [V] über die Hilfsmittellieferung (Gesundheitsleistungen) von Beinprothesen der Produktuntergruppen 24.04.01, 24.04.02, 24.04.03, 24.71.01, 24.71.02, 24.71.04, 24.72.01, 24.71.02 und 24.71.03 des Hilfsmittelverzeichnisses nach § 139 SGB V) inkl. der für die Versorgung erforderlichen Dienst- und Serviceleistungen. Hierzu zählen insbesondere: Haus- / Krankenhausbesuch und die im Rahmen der Gewährleistung zu erbringenden Leistungen, ggf. Lieferung der Hilfsmittel, Reparaturen / Instandsetzungen, sicherheitstechnische Kontrollen, Wartungen und umfassende Einweisungen der / des Versicherten und / oder von ihm beauftragter Personen sowie ggf. des Pflegedienstes in den sachgerechten Gebrauch (Hinweise und Erklärungen zur Handhabung, zum richtigen Anlegen, zum Wechsel, der Reinigung und Pflege des Produktes) durch Mitarbeiter/innen. Der Vertragsschluss begründet keinen Anspruch auf eine bestimmte Anzahl von Versorgungen.
