Description

Der Auftraggeber, die Verkehrsverbund Mittelsachsen GmbH (nachfolgend auch VMS GmbH oder AG), beabsichtigt die Planung und den Neubau eines Betriebshofs am Chemnitzer Hauptbahnhof („Betriebshof Chemnitz Hauptbahnhof - BCH“) zur Wartung und Instandhaltung von Schienenfahrzeugen durch private Partner durchführen zu lassen. Bestandteil des BCH sind ein Betriebsgebäude und ein überdachter Fahrradunterstand. Der Betriebshof wird auf dem Gelände des ehemaligen Produktenbahnhofes in Chemnitz errichtet und umfasst: • Werkstattgebäude mit Radsatzbearbeitung, Arbeitsgruben, Dacharbeitsständen • Unterflurreinigungsanlage • Anlagen zur Innenreinigung sowie zur Reinigung der an Bord befindlichen Toiletten inklusive Ver- und Entsorgung • Gleisanlage (ca. 7000m Gesamtlänge, 40 Weichen) • Zufahrt aus dem Straßenbahn- und Eisenbahnnetz mit Systemtrennstellen • Betriebshofsteuerung mit Stellwerk. Das Gesamtprojekt wird in 3 Bauphasen unterteilt: • Phase 1: Werkstatt, Gleisanlage und Zufahrt aus dem Eisenbahnnetz • Phase 2: Ring mit Bremsgleis • Phase 3: Zufahrt aus dem Straßenbahnnetz und Abstellanlage. Innerhalb der Bauphase 1 wurden durch den Auftraggeber verschiedene Vergabeeinheiten (Lose) gebildet. Gegenstand dieses Verfahrens ist ausschließlich die Vergabeeinheit VE 4. Die Vergabeeinheit VE 4 umfasst die Fahrzeughalle nebst Fahrradunterstand. Die Fahrzeughalle für den Betriebshof ist ein Spezialgebäude zur Wartung, Reinigung und Instandsetzung von Schienenfahrzeugen. In dem als kompakter Baukörper ausgestalteten Gebäude sollen alle notwendigen Funktionen untergebracht werden. Diese umfassen neben einer Spezialausstattung für Schienenfahrzeuge eine Unterflurdrehmaschine zur Bearbeitung der Radsätze, Arbeitsgruben unter dem und seitlich vom Fahrzeug, einen Sauberkeitsbereich zum Kleben von Bauteilen am Fahrzeug und Dacharbeitsstände zur Wartung der Technikkomponenten auf dem Fahrzeugdach. Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens sind die erforderlichen Ausführungs-, Werk- und Montageplanungsleistungen sowie alle für die schlüsselfertige Errichtung der Vergabeeinheit VE 4 erforderlichen Bauleistungen. Schlüsselfertige, funktions-, betriebs- und bezugsbereite Erstellung der Fahrzeughalle (Vergabeeinheit VE4) gemäß der Beschreibung in Punkt 2.1 dieser Veröffentlichung.
