Das AGAPLESION Diakonieklinikum Rotenburg ist ein konfessionelles Krankenhaus der Maximalversorgung in Niedersachsen und akademisches Lehrkrankenhaus der Medizinischen Fakultät der Universität Hamburg. Das Klinikum versorgt rund 32.000 vollstationäre und 640 teilstationäre und 127.000 ambulante Behandlungsfälle sowie 22.000 ambulante Notfälle pro Jahr. Dafür stehen rund 657 Betten in 23 Fachabteilungen zur Verfügung (siehe Bettenaufstellplan). 1.500 Kinder werden jedes Jahr im Diakonieklinikum geboren. Das AGAPLESION Diakonieklinikum Rotenburg ist auf zwei Liegenschaften verteilt: Einer der Liegenschaften - das "Diakonie-Krankenhaus" - befindet sich in der Stadt Rotenburg, Gemarkung Rotenburg, Flur 37. Der Hauptteil des Diakonieklinikums befindet sich auf der Gemarkung südlich der Lindenstraße, Flurstück 17/7. Das Hauptgebäude, Haus A, ist ein Klinikbau aus den siebziger Jahren, welcher in verschiedenen Abschnitten erweitert und umgebaut wurde. Es besteht neben dem Haupthaus, Haus A, aus fünf weiteren Gebäuden. Das Projekt "EKZ - Eltern-Kind-Zentrum und Konzentration der OP-Abteilungen" besteht aus mehreren Bauabschnitten - Haus A-OP Erweiterung, Haus D Umbau und Anbau sowie Umbauten im Haus A-Hauptgebäude". Das Bauvorhaben "Haus A-OP Erweiterung" umfasst eine Erweiterung von 2 OP-Sälen, hierbei wird 1 OP als Hybrid-OP ausgestattet. Der Neubau wird als Anbau an die bestehende OP-Abteilung als eigenständiger, aufgeständerter Gebäudekubus verwirklicht, sodass er an die Ebene EG mit den vorhandenen Strukturen der Bestands-OP Abteilung anbindet. Der Neubau wird in konventioneller Bauweise errichtet. Zur Anbindung an den Bestand werden Bestands-Fassadenelemente abgebrochen und mit der neuen Konstruktion ersetzt. In der Nähe der Bestands-OPs wird eine Erweiterung der Lagermöglichkeiten in Form eines OP-Lagers mit kurzen Wegen zur Rüstzone benötigt und auf dem Bestandsdach in Leichtbaukonstruktion errichtet. Die Umsetzung der Baumaßnahme erfolgt im laufenden Betrieb. Das Gebäude wird in mehreren Bauabschnitten umgebaut und erweitert. Je nach Bauabschnitt müssen verschiedene Infrastrukturen zur Trennung von Baustellenverkehr und öffentlichen Verkehr hergestellt oder umgestellt werden. Zum Abschluss der Hochbaumaßnahmen werden im Außenbereich im Wesentlichen die Pflasterflächen wieder hergestellt und das Oberflächenentwässerungssystem angepasst. Nachfolgend aufgeführte Einzelmaßnahmen sind Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung: Wesentliche Leistungen: ca. 100 qm Pflasterfläche aufnehmen, lagern ca. 350 qm vorh. Tragschicht planieren, nachverdichten ca. 80 m Betonborde einbauen ca. 400 qm vorh. Betonsteinpflaster wieder verlegen ca. 35 m Entwässerungsleitung aus Kunststsoff verlegen ca. 3 Stk. Straßenabläufe einbauen ca. 4 cbm Rückhalteraum (Rigolenfüllkörper) herstellen
